COMPREHENSIVE HOME INSPECTION:
Our home inspectors will conduct a visual inspection of the property and assess the condition of the major components of a home. This includes the exterior, roof, foundation, heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, attic, insulation, ventilation, doors, windows, interior, appliances, and garages. A report will be issued with detailed explanations of the current conditions, along with photographs to provide additional visual information.
4-POINT INSPECTION:
Our home inspectors will conduct a visual inspection of the property and outline the 4 major components of a home: ROOF, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, STRUCTURE. A 4-point inspection form will be completed with accompanying photographs of the property. This inspection report allows insurance companies to understand the general condition of a home. This report is valid for 5 YEARS.
WIND MITIGATION INSPECTION:
Our home inspectors will conduct a visual inspection of the property and outline the features of a property that reduce the amount of damage that may occur during a high wind event, such as a hurricane. A wind mitigation inspection form will be completed with accompanying photographs of the property. This inspection report allows insurance companies to understand the wind resistance ability of a home. If a property meets a certain level of criteria for the wind mitigation report, insurance credits are generally issued to the home owner. They may qualify to save thousands of dollars per year. This report is valid for 5 YEARS.
BUILDER WARRANTY INSPECTION:
Our home inspectors will conduct a visual inspection of the property and assess the condition of the major components of a home, much like a comprehensive home inspection. This inspection applies to homeowners who are living in a newly-constructed home and helps find home defects before the builder’s warranty expires. A report will be issued with detailed explanations of the current conditions, along with photographs to provide additional visual information. The inspection should be completed 1 - 2 MONTHS before the warranty expiration date, so any defects that may be discovered can be claimed and covered by the existing builder's warranty before it expires.
